Cathy was awarded a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Master of Science in Finance from Texas A&M University in 1999. Her career in public accounting includes employment with firms in Corpus Christi, San Antonio and Abilene.

Risa graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting, and was awarded her Master of Business Administration degree from Texas A&M University - San Antonio. She is a licensed certified public accountant by the State of Texas, is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Rebecca was raised in Pasadena Texas. After graduating high school she joined the U.S. Army. Serving 10 years as a Medical Laboratory Technician in various hospitals across the United States, she left the Army understanding dedication and had a desire to learn something new and challenging. She settled in San Antonio to attend The University of the Incarnate Word while being close to her family in the Houston area.

There, she acquired most of her bookkeeping abilities along with various administration skills. She graduated from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley in May 2020 where she was awarded a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Accountancy.

Staci graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting in 1992 with honors. She earned the designation of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) not long after graduating and maintained that license until 2009, at which time she focused on her family and other business ventures. She is now very excited to be back in public accounting and is looking to have her license reinstated in the future.

Cherry graduated from ABE International College of Business and Accountancy in Manila, Philippines in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and major in Management. Since then she has held several different positions both in profit and non-profit organizations. During her time in the non-profit sector she rose from an entry level position as a Finance Specialist to the position of Finance Director. She is also a member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers (AIPB).

Misti grew up in the suburbs of Dallas, Texas until she was an early teen, after which her family moved to West Texas and then on to Anchorage, Alaska where she met her husband and started a family. After her husband finished his enlistment with the US Army they moved to the Naples, Florida area where she started her career in bookkeeping. Misti spent the next 20 years working in Florida in the construction industry as a bookkeeper, office manager, payroll manager and human resource coordinator. After tiring of escaping the hurricane ravaged state, and escaping yet again from hurricane Irma, Misti decided it was time to be near family again and moved back to her home state and to Uvalde County where her mother and brother have both settled.

Tiffany was raised in Uvalde, Texas, she graduated from Uvalde High School in 2008. Shortly after graduating she moved to East Texas and began working as a receptionist and billing coordinator at a small repossession agency. After moving back home to be closer to family, she began working for a locally owned, community bank for 8 years where she gained experience in accounts payable, human resources, customer service and compliance. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with family and especially enjoys being an aunt. She enjoys serving as a worship leader and Sunday school teacher at her church. Tiffany also hosts Bible studies at a local women's rehabilitation facility. She loves helping people and is always seeking ways to encourage those around her.

Azannette Padilla joined our firm as an Accounting and Administrative Assistant. Azannette was born and raised in Uvalde, Texas and has returned after a 21 year career in accounting. She began and continued her studies in tax and accounting in Austin, Texas and comes to us from a nationally recognized tax preparation firm. She brings 20 years of accounting, bookkeeping and tax experience to our team. Her experience includes six years in a management role with a tax preparation firm. Azannette and her son Jayden are glad to be back in Uvalde with family and friends.

Although Angela has her roots in our community, she spent most of her childhood in Dallas with her father where she obtained her high school education from Bonham High School. She started her family and subsequently moved back home to Uvalde. Along the way she had many opportunities to enhance her customer service skills assisting customers in the financial field. Outside of work she enjoys traveling and spending time with her three children and two dogs. She looks forward to applying her years of experience in the service industry to the clients of Coleman, Horton & Company, LLP.
